oh gosh that sounds amazing. now I want to do this!!
I love making apple chips because it means I can have apples all winter long without paying so much. And you don’t even need a dehydrator to do it - you can do it in the oven.
This is the first year I used that peeler/corer thing-a-magig that the apple is on and I would highly recommend using that (it’s pampered chef but came from Goodwill) or a mandolin to get the slices thin and consistent.
